Moments before midnight on January 5th, Truck 12 and Chief 12A responded to the 3200 block of Toledo Pl for the apartment fire. Upon arrival, a working fire was confirmed on division 2 with multiple families reported trapped on division 3. Truck 12 fulfilled first due truck responsibilities, supporting Engine 801 in the fire apartment while simultaneously throwing ladders and making rescues. Chief 12A assisted Battalion 4 at the command post. Company 12 operated on scene for approximately 2 hours before returning to service.
